How to request a refund
- Email support@leankitchenbundle.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Use the email address you bought with (or include your receipt) so we can find the order.
- That's it. No forms, no awkward questions — though if you tell us what didn't work, it genuinely helps us improve the book.
When you'll get it
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The honest small print
The guarantee exists for real customers, not for bulk-buying and refunding. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we see clear abuse (for example repeat purchase-refund cycles). This policy doesn't limit any statutory rights you have in your country.
